IFIC Bank Home Loan Eligibility
- In case of house owner, the minimum income should be 40 thousand taka per month. And minimum 25% of income through gross verified rent must be deposited in the bank account.
- In case of self-employed or self-reliant professionals, the minimum income should be 40 thousand taka per month and minimum 40% of the total income must be deposited in the bank account.
- In case of salaried percentage or salaried employees, the minimum income should be 35 thousand taka per month.
IFIC Bank Home Loan Tenure
IFIC Bank home loan tenure is up to 25 years for salaried persons and up to 20 years for professionals.
IFIC Bank Home Loan Amount
- Maximum limit of IFIC Bank home loan is up to 2 crore taka.
- Premium overdraft facility up to 2 crore taka.
- Maximum 50 lakhs taka for purchase or construction or renovation in case of half-baked.
Processing Fee
Minimum 0.30% processing fee for my house home loan
There is no processing fee for loan takeover.
